The hotel's location was fantastic, ideal for Central Blackpool activities and with a friendly staff that made us feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean and tidy, equipped with all necessary amenities, but we missed having daily cleaning service. The dining experience, although nice, could have been improved with earlier breakfast times. Free parking was a great perk.

The hotel rooms could do with an upgrade but are clean, with nice comfy beds. The disappointment came with the lack of a full English breakfast, only offering bread without eggs or ham, and no bar for later hours. It felt more like a place to rest while working nearby than a vacation hotel.

The hotel is in need of updating and feels like a stay from the 90s, but it was clean and perfect for our needs. The location is excellent, being just a short walk from Coral Island and the center. The staff were lovely and accommodating, addressing our requests promptly. The dining options were not as advertised, but there was still a good variety of continental food available.
